Q: Do I need to be experienced to join classes at Bonbon Studio?

A: No, we welcome beginners at Bonbon Studio. We teach our classes in small groups which allows us to provide individual attention and tailor instruction to the proficiency level of each student.

Q: Do you offer private classes?

A: Yes, we offer private classes for one or more participants. Contact us for more information and available times.

Q: Are your instructors certified?

A: Yes, all our instructors are certified in the disciplines which they teach.

Q: Is Pole Dancing and Aerial safe?

A: Pole Dancing and Aerial Sports are challenging disciplines that, when done incorrectly may result in injuries. Our experienced instructors take all necessary precautions to prevent injuries from happening, including using the necessary safety equipment, proper warm-up and stretching before practice, and ensuring that exercises are kept within the limits of what is safe for each student.

Q: How much does it cost to join classes at Bonbon Studio?

Q: Am I too old to practice Pole and Aerial Sports?

A: If you are able to access this website you are probably not too old to practice pole and aerial sports. Currently, we have students of all ages up to 65+ years of age, but there is no limit. Remember, pole and aerial sports is an excellent way to stay young!

Q: Am I too fat to practice pole and aerial sports?

A: Absolutely not. Our equipment is dimensioned to be used for practitioners in all weight classes, and for duo performances as well. When you first get started we always make sure to provide an exercise regime that is safe for your current physical condition, but at the same time, we set ambitious goals that ensure continuous improvement. Don’t forget, pole and aerial sports is a very effective and fun way to lose weight!

Q: Do I need to be strong to join pole and aerial classes?

A: No! some of our students have never exercised in their life before starting, and still love it. Pole and aerial sports is a great way to build strength!
